Refund instructions

Hello! We always respect consumer rights and are committed to providing you with a safe and transparent shopping environment. Here are the details of our refund policy: 

I. Conditions Applicable to Refund 

Paid returns and refund applications are supported only when the product has quality problems. Specifically including: 

1 The product has physical damage or defects 

2 Unusable due to production defects

Non-quality issues such as change in personal preferences, size selection errors, style / design dissatisfaction 

Reduced value of the product after unpacking or use (except for the case of the quality testing necessity) 

Artificial deformation such as washing, modification, damage, and so on, due to the customer's reasons 

Products for which the brand owner provides a separate warranty are subject to the brand owner's policy 

II, Refund application process 

Application period: within 5 days after signing for the product.

Submission: 

Apply through our customer service center 

need to provide product photos, order number and detailed description of the problem 

Audit and Feedback: 

Customer Service Center will confirm the status of the product and inform the results of the audit within 3 working days 

After the audit, provide the return address and logistics guidelines 

Returns and refunds: 

Please keep the product's original packaging and accessories intact (including packaging, accessories, etc.) 

Returned goods sign and complete the inspection, 5-7 working days to complete refunds III. Refunds 

 

 Refund method: 

Credit card / bank transfer: return to the original payment account 

Fast payment (KakaoPay, Naver Pay, etc.): return to the corresponding payment account 

Time limit for refund: 

Due to the bank processing process, it may take up to 10 working days, please contact our customer service for more details. 

 

 Returns for quality problems: 

We will bear the shipping costs for returns from South Korea (except for overseas orders). Returns for quality problems: Domestic shipping costs will be borne by us (except for overseas orders) 

Returns for non-quality problems: 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs 

V. Anti-fraud and repeated applications 

Refunds will be rejected if more than 1 refund is applied for the same product in total 

If a fraudulent application is found, we have the right to take legal action
